Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of creating your custom jewellery piece. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice, it will help me to reorganise my schedule. No Obligation: The consultation is complimentary and does not obligate you to proceed with a purchase. However, if you choose to move forward, a detailed proposal and cost estimate will be provided.
